  • What are your opening times?
    Every day from 08:00 - 19:00!  (winter season early December - mid April)
  • What is the cost to rent skis?
    Click on the price list. We have the best rental deals in Grindelwald. Why pay more?
  • Is there an Internet discount for ski rental?
    Click on our discount voucher. Bring it to the shop to receive a 20% discount off the ski rental.
  • Do I have to reserve the skis in advance? 
    Yes - but we usually have sufficient renting material regardless. To be safe you can reserve equipment here.
  • Which brands do you have?
    The Top brands and models from Salomon, Dynastar, Rossignol, Head, K2 and Atomic.
  • Can I exchange my rental skis?
    Yes it is possible at any time and free of charge. "Satisfaction guaranteed!" with our rental equipment.
  • Do I have to reserve in advance for the ski or snowboard school?
    Absolutely. Best by telephone at our ski school office +41 (0) 33 853 33 53. We need a credit card number to guaranty the reservation. Or use our booking form and we'll contact you.
  • In which languages do you offer ski and snowboard lessons?
    German, English, French, Italian, Japanese and Russian and Spanish on request.
  • Where is the first meeting point for the ski school?                                                                                        At the shop, we will settle all administrative things. (Where to go? Who is the teacher? Payment of the lesson)
